Ulla Tervo was the project-lead Architect on the following projects during Planning stage:

  • Millbank Tower & Complex, change of use and refurbishment, City of Westminster, London SW1. 215 apartments, 195 hotel rooms (5 star), a gym/spa, cultural centre, ‘Skybar’ on the 34th floor, restaurants and cafes, three-storey underground car park. 196m river elevation along the River Thames, City of Westminster. ‘Grade II’ Listed office building.

  • Lillie Square, Phase 2-3, Block E, residential development, London SW6. 62 apartments.

  • Beirut Village residential development, Block 9C, Lebanon. 19 apartments.

  • District//S mixed use development, Beirut, Lebanon. Urban landscaping.

  • ‘Skyroom’ rooftop pavilion, Southwark, London SE1.

  • Genco Headquarters, two new office buildings. Maidstone, Kent.

  • Shelley & Browning Towers, residential high-rise overcladding and refurbishment, Birmingham.

  • Queen’s House, overcladding, refurbishment and change of use from offices to residential, Folkestone, Kent.

  • Dover Road residential masterplan, Walmer, Kent.

  • Freemen’s Way, residential masterplan with community sports provision, Deal, Kent.

  • Tonbridge Road residential development, Maidstone, Kent. 19 apartments.
